Ukrainian state ports have increased cargo handling by 0,4 % for the I half-year

 According to the operative data of the Ministry of transport and communications of Ukraine, cargo handling of ports of the state submission (18 sea commercial ports) has increased by 0,4 % to January-June of the previous year, up to 52,99 million tons.
Growing positions were two - export (+5 %) and import (growth more than 2 times). Accordingly, export handling has made over 30 million tons. Import volumes have exceeded 50 million tons.
Among the enterprises which have shown the highest rates of increase there are the port of Izmail (the Ukrainian Danube) - +69,9 % by January-June of the previous year, Mariupol and Berdyansk ports (the Ukrainian Azov region) - +39 % and +11,4 % accordingly, Feodosia and Kerch (Crimea) - +33,9 % and +18,1 %, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky (the Odessa region) - +34,4 %.
In transit sector the greatest growth has been shown by the ports of Kherson (+30 %), Feodosia (+53 %), Skadovsk (+3 %).
